Chargé d’Affaires participated in the opening ceremony of the academic year of Veliko Turnovo University.

H.E Mr. Jassim Nima Msawil, Chargé d’Affaires en pied participated with a group of Arab ambassadors accredited to Bulgaria on 01/10/2019 the opening ceremony of the New Academic Year at Veliko Turnovo University “St. Cyril and Methodius “, at the invitation of the Rector of the University, and with the organization of the Foreign Diplomatic Corps in Bulgaria and particulary the Chairman of the Council of Arab Ambassadors and Ambassador of the State of Palestine H.E Dr. Ahmed Al-Madbuh, who delivered a congratulatory speech to the students, professors and the University staff.
