Participation of the Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Bulgaria Mrs. Lina Omar in thе 4th edition of Power Summit in Sofia

H.E. Mrs. Lina Omar, Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Sofia, participated in the 4th edition of the forum (Powers Summit), which was held in Sofia at the John Atanasov Innovation Forum of Sofia Tech Park, organized by the Webit Foundation and the National Digital Coalition.
Ambassador Lina Omar spoke in front the audience, in which she highlighted the importance of integrating refugees into the labor market, as they should not be isolated from building society, especially from economic processes. She emphasized that refugees are people who have left their previous lives, homes and dreams and what they want is to be part of the new society in which they want to integrate.
This year’s forum discussed topics related to energy, healthcare, demography, finance, entrepreneurship and education – the vision of Bulgaria until 2050. The event brought together representatives of the government, political and business.
