Life Certificates:
The steps for obtaining retirement life certificates are as follows:
Personal Attendance:
Original documents (Civil Status Identity and Nationality Certificate or Unified National Card with Canadian document showing the address)
Two copies of photographs
Service fee of 20 USD in cash
For citizens residing in distant provinces and cities, a retirement life certificate transaction can be processed by mail according to the following steps:
Send a copy of the identification documents (Civil Status Identity and Nationality Certificate or Unified National Card), two photographs, and a service fee of 20 USD in cash, along with a return envelope.
Information about the bank name, pension number, agent’s name, and the entity where the individual worked, in order to print the form and send it to the citizen.
The citizen will be contacted via video call to confirm their identity, sign the form, and review their original documents by the authorized staff. The form will then be returned to the embassy for signing, stamping, and sent back to the citizen.

Personal attendance at the embassy is required for obtaining life certificates and written declarations for real estate agencies, which include:
Two photographs of the principal
Two photographs of the agent
A copy of the real estate agency authorization
Service fee of 20 USD
Original documents (Civil Status Identity and Nationality Certificate or Unified National Card) of the principal
General Life Certificate Instructions:
