Within the framework of the further development of the consular work system at the Embassy, and in order to ensure the proper functioning of the Consular Section, the system of booking prior appointments has been activated in the Consular Section via the electronic link below:

Important Notes

  1. For applicants of entry visas to Iraqi territory, please refer to the announcement on the embassy’s website.

  2. You must write the email correctly to receive the booking confirmation.
  3. The reservation confirmation email may be received within the SPAM folder.
  4. You must type the phone number correctly (without the code +47) to contact you if needed.
  5. In order to ensure the proper functioning of the department, and to preserve the rights of the visitors, we cannot receive any references without prior booking, while confirming that there is no intermediary between the consular section and any of the brokerage offices, consular transactions follow-up, individuals, and any other parties.
