The United Nations held the 11th ceremony observing the 8/19/2003 terror bombing of the UN office in Baghdad. The Permanent Representative of Iraq Mohammed Alhakim and Iraqi mission staff joined the somber event of offering a symbolic wreath in memorandum of the horrific attack.
