Iraq participates meeting of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence –Building Measures in Asia “CICA “

H.E. Ambassador Abdulrahman al-Husseini participated in the ministerial meeting of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence –Building Measures in Asia “CICA “.

The Member States discussed the ways to develop mechanisms to combat terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, combat drug trafficking and smuggling, and promote trade and economic cooperation Among Member States. Also, to cooperate on issues related to the preservation of the environment and the achievement of sustainable development goals, to develop procedures for dealing with humanitarian issues and to prevent the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction as well as to affirm mutual respect among States.
