The Permanent Representative participate in the Annual report for the DPA

    The Permanent Representative participated in a meeting to discuss the annual report for the Department of the Political Affairs to the United Nations, the meeting was chaired by Mr. Jeffrey Feltman, Under-Secretary General for Political Affairs.

     On behalf of the Iraqi Government the Permanent Representative of Iraq thanked Mr. Feltman for the assistance he had provided to Iraq especially during the critical period it had been through, and for his efforts to achieve national reconciliation through the UNAMI mission and for supporting the Independent Electoral Commission & national elections to be held in Iraq this year.
