H.E. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Planning Dr. Khaled Battal Al-Najm met with Ms. Usha Rao-Monari, Alternate Director of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and Dr. Khaleda Bouzar, Assistant Secretary-General and Director for the Arab Region in the Program, on the sidelines of the High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development for the year 2022.

The attendees discussed the role of the United Nations Development Program in Iraq and the Arab region in general, and the priorities set by the Ministry of Planning in light of the rapid economic and social shifts the world is witnessing, with emphasis on the role of youth in the next stage.
