The Permanent Mission of Iraq to the United Nations participated in the Launch of Friends of Neutrality for Security, Peace and Development, where the Permanent Representative, His Excellency Ambassador Muhammad Hussein Bahr Al-Uloom, affirmed Iraq’s position in support of resolving all disputes by peaceful means and stressed the importance of preventive diplomacy as a tool to prevent the occurrence of conflicts.
