Bid farewell to the Iraqi Cultural Attaché in Moscow

On July 9, 2019, Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the Russian Federation, H.E. Haidar Mansour Hadi, met the Iraqi Cultural Attaché in Moscow Dr. Kareem Al-Murshedi after completing his duties.

During the meeting, H.E. paid tribute to the efforts of Dr. Kareem Al-Murshedi and the staff of his office in the follow-up of the Iraqi students studying in various Russian universities, noting that the embassy and the Cultural attaché office worked as a team to provide the necessary services to all Iraqi students through increasing the number of Russian universities which is recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Iraq, as well as in fighting the fraud companies that are trying to blackmail Iraqi students studying in Russia.

For his part, Dr. Kareem Al-Murshedi thanked the Ambassador for his efforts in supporting the Cultural attaché office. He also pointed out to that the efforts exerted by the embassy were the major reason for the success of his mission in serving the Iraqi students studying in various Russian universities.
