Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Meets His Lebanese and Syrian Counterparts in Riyadh to discuss the Regional Challenges
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Fuad Hussein, met with the Lebanese Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Mr. Abdullah Bou Habib, and the Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Mr. Bassam Sabbagh, on the sidelines of the Arab-Islamic Summit held in Riyadh, the Saudi capital, on Sunday, November 10, 2024.
Both sides discussed the current challenges and developments in the regional situation in the Middle East. Dr. Fuad emphasized on the importance for enhancing the cooperation and coordination to confront the common challenges and achieving the stability in the region. They also emphasized to stop the war in the region, and working to find the solutions that enhance the security and stability, and the need of the international community to stop the escalation and comply with international resolutions.
