The Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Manchester extends its warmest greetings to the esteemed members of the Iraqi community and invites them to follow the steps outlined below, which explain the electronic booking process for consular services.

The Consulate General hereby announces the adoption of a prior electronic appointment booking system for the completion of consular transactions.

Steps for Electronic Booking of Consular Services

2- Select the name of the Consulate:
(Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq – Manchester)

3- Select the required consular service type:
(General Power of Attorney / Special Power of Attorney / Attestations / Life Certificates and Written Declarations / Certificate of Good Conduct (No Criminal Record Certificate) / Letters of Confirmation / Birth Records and Death Certificates / Laissez-Passer / Legal Notice and Revocation of Power of Attorney).

4- Enter your email address and date of birth, then enter the verification code sent to your email.

5- Enter your personal information, address, and contact details accurately.

6- Confirm the booking and receive the appointment notification via your personal email address.

7- Upon arriving at the Consulate building at the scheduled appointment time, please present the appointment notification sent to your email, which contains the QR barcode, to the reception officer. The barcode will be scanned electronically, and you will then be directed to the relevant department.

Important Notes

1- Electronic booking is mandatory, and no transaction will be processed without a prior appointment.

2- The booking must be made exclusively in the name of the person whose transaction is being processed. Each family member is required to have a separate appointment, even if they attend on the same day.

3- Please attend at the scheduled appointment time with all required documents, including the booking confirmation containing the QR barcode. Ensure that all entered information is correct to avoid delays in processing your transaction.

4- Please use only your personal email address and contact information, as entering the details of another person may result in the cancellation of the appointment.

5- The booking service is free of charge. The system has been introduced to facilitate procedures and reduce waiting times.

6- Appointments scheduled on official holidays in Iraq or the United Kingdom, as announced on the Consulate’s official website, will be rescheduled to alternative dates. You will be notified via the email address registered for the transaction.

7- The booking system is available in Arabic, Kurdish, and English.

The Consulate General in Manchester confirms that it is not affiliated with any offices, entities, or individuals who claim to represent it or facilitate its services. All procedures are carried out exclusively through the Consulate General.
