Requirements for Issuing a Life Certificate

  • The applicant must appear in person.
  • Submit one original identification document:
    • Iraqi Civil Status Identity Card, or
    • Iraqi Certificate of Nationality, or
    • Iraqi Passport, or
    • Iraqi National Card (Unified ID).
  • Two (2) recent passport-sized colour photographs with a white background.
  • One copy of the Pension Identity Card.

Fees:

  • Life Certificate Issuance Fee: £20 (Twenty Pounds Sterling).
