As part of its ongoing efforts to support scientific and cultural activities and to enhance knowledge exchange among Iraqi professionals abroad, the Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Manchester, hosted a distinguished scientific lecture on Human Resources Management, delivered by Professor Dr Ali Abdul Karim, a specialist in academic planning and development, with the attendance of a select group of academics, researchers, and individuals interested in this field.

The lecture focused on modern strategies for developing human capital, the role of HR in enhancing institutional performance, and the importance of investing in human talent as a foundation for sustainable development.
