H.E Ambassador Adel Mustafa receives advisor to former Portuguese Prime Minister Antonio Guterres

The Ambassador Dr. Adel Mustafa received Dr. CANAS VITALINO Professor of Constitutional Law and advisor to the former Prime Minister of Portugal Dr. Antonio Guterres The meeting included presenting the idea of the Iraq National Dialogue Initiative, which is being adopted by the European Foundation for Dialogue and Development EIDE, and if accepts to participate in the initiative team, especially since Dr. VITALINO is considered one of the figures of constitutional law in Portugal, in addition to the experience he possesses at the level of law and politics.
