The Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the opening of applications for open scholarships offered by the Ministry to foreign students wishing to enroll in studies in Iraqi universities within the “Study in Iraq” program, which includes opening three study channels (free scholarships, semi-free scholarships, and private expenses), In various specializations and for graduate and preliminary degrees, (14,322) academic seats were registered, offered by (59) Iraqi public and private universities for the academic year 2024-2025.
