IRAQI EMBASSY’S CHARGE D’AFFAIRES ATTENDS THE CEREMONY OF CELEBRATING DAY OF PROCLAMATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY

On October 29, 2021 Mr. Taan Hussein Abbas Hussein, Charge d’Affaires a.i. of the Republic of Iraq to Ukraine, Minister Plenipotentiary attended the celebration ceremony, held by the Embassy of the The Republic of Turkey to Ukraine on the occasion of the 98th anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic of Turkey (Republic Day).

The Charge d’Affaires congratulated H.E. Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey, Mr Yağmur A. Güldere, on this occasion, stressing Iraq’s keenness to strengthen distinguished relations with neighboring Turkey, taken into consideration the historical and cultural ties that unite the peoples of the two countries, as well as the common political and economic interests.

It is worth mentioning that Charge d’Affaires met on the sidelines of the ceremony with H.E. Mrs. Emine Dzhaparova, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and a number of Ambassadors of fraternal and friendly states accredited to Ukraine.
