IRAQ’S AMBASSADOR TO UKRAINE ATTENDS THE CELEBRATION CEREMONY TO MARK THE NATIONAL DAY OF THE KINGDOM OF MOROCCO

On July 30, 2019 His Excellency Mr. Bakir Ahmed Al-Jaff, Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Ukraine attended the celebration ceremony held by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Ukraine to mark the National Day of the Kingdom – the Throne Day. Mr. Ambassador congratulated his Moroccan counterpart H.E. Ambassador Mrs. Faouz Al Achchabi on the occasion of the National Day and wished the Kingdom of Morocco and its people everlasting stability and progress in various fields.

During the celebration ceremony H.E. Mr. Ambassador met with Mr. Andriy Zayats, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, as well as Mrs. Myroslava Shcherbatiuk, Director-General of the Directorate General for the Middle East and Africa of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine, and congratulated them on the recent successful parliamentary elections in Ukraine.

During the meetings, the Parties discussed the ways to develop bilateral relations between Iraq and Ukraine in various fields, especially after the formation of the new government of Ukraine at the end of August or beginning of September this year.
