IRAQ’S AMBASSADOR TO UKRAINE RECEIVES THE NEWLY APPOINTED AMBASSADOR OF TURKMENISTAN TO UKRAINE

On March 3, 2020 His Excellency Mr. Bakir Ahmed Al-Jaff, Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Ukraine received at the Embassy’s headquarters H.E. Mr. Toily Atayev, the newly appointed Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Ukraine.

At the beginning of the meeting, H.E. Ambassador Al-Jaff welcomed the Esteemed Guest and congratulated him on his new position, wishing him success in performing his duties as Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Ukraine.

For his part, H.E. Ambassador Atayev thanked H.E. Ambassador Al-Jaff for the warm reception and hospitality, expressing his hope for further development of friendly and cooperative relations between Iraq and Turkmenistan in all areas of common interest.

During the meeting, Ambassadors of Iraq and Turkmenistan exchanged views on issues of common interest, including ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.
