IRAQ’S AMBASSADOR TO UKRAINE ATTENDS XVI INTERNATIONAL SPECIALIZED EXHIBITION “ARMS AND SECURITY – 2019”

On October 08, 2019 His Excellency Mr. Bakir Ahmed Al-Jaff, Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Ukraine, accompanied by Military Attaché Staff Commodore (Navy) Mr. Alshawi Atheer Abdulrhada Jassim and a number of the Embassy staff, attended the opening ceremony of the XVI International Specialized Exhibition “Arms and Security – 2019”, held at the International Exhibition Centre in Kyiv for the period from 08 till 12.10.2019. The opening ceremony of the Exhibition was also attended by H.E. Minister of Defense of Ukraine Mr. Andriy Zagorodnyuk, H.E. Minister of Interior Affairs of Ukraine Mr. Arsen Avakov as well as Heads of Foreign Diplomatic Missions accredited to Ukraine.

It’s worth mentioning that many international companies that specialize in manufacturing of weapons, in particular helicopters, drones, equipment for border control towers, inspection equipment, weapons and armor participated in the Exhibition.
