The Staff of the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Islamabad participates in the annual charity bazaar organized by the Pakistani Foreign Ministry.
The staff of the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Islamabad and their families participated in the annual charity bazaar organized by the Pakistani Foreign Ministry along with most of the diplomatic missions accredited to Pakistan.
The Embassy participated in two pavilions, the first pavilion for informational materials, art pictures and various images that reflect the civilization and history of Iraq.
The second pavilion was devoted to Iraqi food of all kinds, which received a huge momentum from most of the audience to taste and buy these foods.
On the other hand, the embassy also participated in the cultural performance of the bazaar, where a group of young people participated in the Iraqi Dance (Chobby) at the music of one of the Iraqi songs that reflect the heritage and Iraqi art, which also received a great encouragement from the audience.
It is worth mentioning that all the embassy sales of food etc. have been donated to charity works.
