Iraqi Defense Minister meets with the Pakistani Army Chief of Staff.
The Iraqi Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Juma Inad Saadoun al-Jubouri, met with General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of Army Staff, at the General Headquarters of the Pakistani Army on Friday 26/02/2021. The two sides discussed regional issues related to security, terrorism and common interests, as well as measures to enhance mutual defense. The two sides pledged to work together for security and stability in the region and related areas. He said that Pakistan attaches great importance to relations with Iraq.
