The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Islamabad meets the Ambassador of the State of Qatar.

H.E. Mr. Hamid Abbas Lafta, Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Islamabad, on 10/2/2021, has met with Mr. Shaikh Sauod Abdulrehman Althani, Ambassador of the State of Qatar in Islamabad.

During the meeting, both sides reviewed the relations that bind the two countries, the regional situation and its impact on countries.

The Ambassador indicated that the State of Qatar is an important partner, and it is linked with Iraq by common factors that can invest in the interests of both sides.

The two sides called for the continuation of communication that would enhance fraternal relations and achieve their successes.
