The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Islamabad receives the President and members of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Islamabad.
Mr. Hamid Abbas Lafta, Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Islamabad, has received, on 19/01/2021, the President of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Qurban Ali, and his assistants Mr. Muhammad Ali Qaid and Mr. Mirza Abdul Rahman, at the embassy.
They discussed ways of cooperation and linkage with the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in order to expand the horizons of economic work, and develop the work of chambers of commerce, in a way that strengthens economic partnership, and opens the door for cooperation with the public and private sectors.
The two sides expressed their satisfaction for the realization of the desire for joint cooperation at the level of commercial and economic work through the establishment of economic forums to introduce the companies of the two parties, and to provide facilities to the traders of the two countries in coordination with the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
