The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Islamabad meets the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China.
H.E. Mr. Hamid Abbas Lafta, Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Islamabad, on Tuesday 08/12/2020, met with the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China H.E. Mr. Nong Rong in Islamabad.
The Ambassador called for expanding the scope of bilateral cooperation in the field of infrastructure reconstruction in Iraq, indicating the Iraqi government’s intention to proceed with completing its steps related to the recent strategic agreement with China.
Mr. Nong Rong expressed his government’s desire to strengthen relations with Iraq in all fields.
