Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Islamabad receives the Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen.
H.E. Mr. Hamid Abbas Lafta, Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Islamabad, on 25/8/2020, has received the Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to Islamabad, Mr. Muhammad Mutahar Al-Ashabi, at the Embassy.
The Ambassador welcomed this visit, during which both sides talked about the brotherly relations that bind the two countries, reviewing the regional situation that the countries of the region are going through and its impact on the countries.
At the outset of his speech, Mr. Al-Ashabi referred to the strength and status of Iraq, its People and its position, and the extent of its influence on regional countries.
The two sides agreed to maintain the spirit of communication in a way that achieves and strengthens brotherly relations.
