Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Islamabad visits the Heavy Industries Complex
The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Islamabad, Mr. Hamid Abbas Lafta, visited the Heavy Industries Texila (HIT) on 20/8/2020, accompanied by a number of staff of the Embassy.
During this visit, The Ambassador met with the Chairman of the Industries, Major General Aamer Raza, and a number of specialists in the complex.
Major General Aamer Raza expressed his welcome to this visit and at the same time assured more cooperation and support for both military institutions.
His Excellency indicated that Iraq has great cooperation with Pakistan with regard to exchanging experiences and joint work, through which results of mutual benefit can be achieved.
During the field tour, Excellency referred to the progress in production, familiarizing himself with the manufacturing mechanism and products of the heavy military industries.
