The Consulate Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Islamabad achieved record figures in granting the religious visit visas to Pakistani visitors for the purpose of the Arbaeeniya visit of Imam Hossein (AS).
This comes as a result of continuous follow-up and great interest by the Senior Staff in the headquarters of the Iraqi Foreign Ministry and in coordination with the Acting Chargé d’ Affairs at the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Islamabad, and the implementation and completion by the staff of the Consulate Section of this embassy.
It is worth mentioning that the number of above mentioned religious visit visas reached to (88178) Eighty Eight Thousand One Hundred and Seventy Eight during the Arbaeeniya visit of Imam Hossein (AS), highlighting that this number will be increasing in the coming days.
On the other side, the Pakistani Authorized Tourist Companies expressed their thanks and appreciation to the staff of the embassy on the completion of the tasks of this event and record speed.
Finally, the embassy with its staff continues to provide all the services that would succeed the tasks assigned to them for the service of the honorable visitors.
