Training Course for Developing Capacities of Newly Appointed Diplomats

As a part of the Foreign Service Institute’s FSI endeavor to develop capacities of the newly appointed diplomats at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq, the Section of Entry-Level and Middle-Level Promotion under the FSI held an ad-hoc training course for the participant employees for the period (29/11 – 10/12/2020). The course discussed topics of: consular affairs, protocol and etiquette, functional skills, security immunity and the Ministry’s security protocol.
