The Consulate announces that it has implemented a new mechanism to shorten the waiting period for appointments to apply for the electronic passport, which had previously extended into the year 2027. All appointments that were booked through 2027 will now be accommodated within this year, by operating during the official working hours announced by the Consulate.

We urge our esteemed community members to follow the name schedules that will be announced successively through our official communication channels.

The Consulate also affirms that appointments will be available exclusively through the official link on its website and does not work with any third party or intermediary. We strongly warn against falling prey to individuals who exploit this situation by promoting the illegal sale or booking of appointments. The Consulate has previously recorded several cases of citizens being subjected to extortion as a result.
