His Excellency the Consul General, Mr. Haydar Sultan, met with the Consul General of the Republic of Türkiye, Mrs. Nagihan İlknur, as part of a courtesy visit aimed at enhancing consular cooperation.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed the nature of consular services provided by both consulates to the Iraqi and Turkish communities, as well as the challenges arising from the large size of the community in the state of Hesse and the neighboring cities. The two sides also discussed mechanisms of coordination regarding the facilitation of procedures and the exchange of administrative expertise, in a way that contributes to improving the quality of services provided to members of both communities.
