Ambassador Sadiq al-Rikabi met the Head of the Protocols Office

His excellency Ambassador Sadiq al-Rikabi met the Head of the Protocols Office, Ambassador Francine CHAINAYE at the Headquarters of the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 7/1/2020. At the beginning of the meeting, Ambassador al-Rikabi congratulated Ambassador Chennai on her new position as a Head of Protocol Office. Ambassador CHAINAYE welcomed Mr. al-Rikabi and expressed readiness to continue cooperation between the Protocol Office in the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Iraqi Embassy in Brussels.
The meeting also discussed the most important international and regional issues and the importance of the role of Kingdom of Belgium in supporting the security and stability in the Middle East region, and supporting the Iraqi efforts in reducing tension in the region.
