Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs meets his Kuwaiti counterpart in Manama; they stress the necessity of activating the joint technical committee between Iraq and Kuwait
Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Fuad Hussein, and his Kuwaiti counterpart, Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, stressed the need to activate the joint technical committee between Iraq and Kuwait, and raise the level of coordination in many areas, and contribute to moving to a broader horizon in all areas of bilateral cooperation, and stressing the importance of Adopting the principle of constructive dialogue to resolve all outstanding issues between the two brotherly countries.
This meeting came on the sidelines of the 18th Manama Dialogue meetings, which are taking place in the Bahraini capital, Manama.
The minister expressed his appreciation for the distinguished bilateral relations between the two countries, which are based on political, economic, cultural and historical dimensions, stressing Baghdad’s keenness to strengthen bilateral cooperation with Kuwait in light of the positive developments in the relations between the two countries.
They also discussed developments related to regional and international issues of concern, and exchanged views to find solutions to the crises that some countries in the region are facing.
