Minister of Foreign receives the Japanese Ambassador on the occasion of  the conclusion of his assignment in Baghdad

 Foreign Minister, Mr Fuad Hussein has received the Japanese ambassador to Iraq, Suzuki Kotaro, on the occasion of the conclusion of his duties as Japanese ambassador to Iraq.

 The Minister expressed his appreciation for the efforts made by the ambassador throughout his tenure in order to the improve the relations between Baghdad and Tokyo, and its contributed to the strengthening of the joint cooperation, expressing his confidence that the bilateral relations will continue to progress, wishing him success in his new duties.

 For his part, the Japanese ambassador affirmed the depth of the bilateral relations between the two countries, commending the efforts made by the Ministry of Foreign and the facilities offered for the success of the work of the Japanese embassy in Baghdad.
