The Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy met H.E. the Minister of Interior of the Federal Republic of Nigeria

The Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq, the Counsellor Mr. Anwer Saeed, had a meeting with His Excellency the Minister of Interior of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Mr. Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, with the presence of the Undersecretary and the Minister’s advisers. During the meeting they have discussed the possibilities of collaboration between the Ministries of Interior of the two countries, agreed exchange of information. H.E. the Minister welcomed and praised the Chargé d’Affaires for his efforts towards developing the bilateral relations in the fields related to the Ministry of Interior between the two countries, and he stressed his country’s desire in this regard especially that there are numerous historical ties between Iraq and Nigeria
