The Head of Asia and Australia Department Meets with Ambassador of People’s Republic of Bangladesh to Baghdad

The head of Asia and Australia Department Ambassador Abdullah Hassan Al-Jubouri met at the Ministry’s headquarters with the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to Baghdad, Mr. Abu Maqsoud Muhammad Farhad.
After exchanging courtesy, they discussed the latest developments and bilateral relations between the two friendly countries as the guest Ambassador expressed his country’s desire to continue to strengthen bilateral relations with Iraqi institutions in areas of common interest.

On his part the head of Asia and Australia Department expressed his willingness to cooperate with the Bangladeshi embassy in Baghdad to develop bilateral relations in a way that serves the national interests of the two countries.

At the end of the meeting the Bangladeshi Ambassador thanked the Head of the Asia Department, for the warm welcome and hospitality.
