The Ambassador of Republic of Iraq in Amman Meets Speaker of Jordanian Senate

The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Amman Mr. Haider Al-Athari met with the Speaker of the Jordanian Senate, Mr. Faisal Al-Fayez to discuss bilateral relations and cooperation between the two brotherly countries.

The Ambassador stressed during the meeting held in the Senate building, the depth of bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, and the necessity of working to achieve more cooperation and partnership, noting that he would do his utmost to enhance coordination and mutual support to serve security and stability for both parties.

On his part, Mr. Al-Fayez expressed his keenness to improve the level of bilateral relations especially in the economic field to serve the interests of the two brotherly peoples, stressing that the Kingdom of Jordan is keen on the security and stability of Iraq because it is important for the security of the Kingdom and the region in general.
