Deputy Head of International Organizations and Conferences Department Meets Ambassador of Venezuela to Baghdad

The Deputy Head of the International Organizations and Conferences Department,  Mr.  Ali Hilal met with Ambassador Arturo Ramirez, Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to Baghdad.

The two sides reviewed the relations between Iraq and Venezuela in various fields, especially in the field of international organizations.

Mr. Ali congratulated the Venezuelan Ambassador on the occasion of his assumption of his duties.

On his part, the Venezuelan Ambassador thanked the Government of Iraq for its consistent position in supporting the legitimate government in Venezuela, and its cooperation within the framework of international action and coordination, praising the effective coordination between the two countries in the meetings of the Non-Aligned Movement, reaffirming his country’s desire to strengthen relations with Iraq in various fields, and strengthening joint working mechanisms at the level of international organizations.
