Iraq’s Ambassador to Prague Meets with Czech Foreign Minister

The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Prague Mrs. Sondos Omar Ali met with the Foreign Minister of the Czech Republic.

The Ambassador congratulated the Minister on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Velvet Revolution, and discussed bilateral relations and prospects of developing them in all fields to serve the interests of the two friendly peoples.

The two sides discussed the latest developments in the Iraqi arena, and the possibility of benefiting from the Czech experience in the transition to democratic system, especially in the private sector, and benefit from Czech expertise to create jobs for young people and cooperation in the field of university education.

On his part, the Czech Foreign Minister appreciated the active role played by the Ambassador in the field of work to enhance cooperation between the two countries.
