The Foreign Ministry mourns the departure of the politician, the late diplomat Dr. Adnan Al-Pachachi at the age of 96, who has been a milestone in the political life of Iraq and held several positions, including: Foreign Minister, Permanent Representative of Iraq to the United Nations, the President of the Governing Council and a Political leader for more than 70 years; Iraq has lost an important figure in its history. The Prime Minister instructed Foreign Minister Mr. Mohamad A. Alhakim to represent him in attending the funeral, burial and express condolence in Abu Dhabi. May God have mercy on him and grant him Heaven.
