Iraqi Chargé d’affaires in Manila Meets with Philippine Undersecretary of Foreign Ministry

Iraqi Chargé d’Affaires in Manila, Dr. Khalil Jundi Rasho met with Philippine Undersecretary for Civil Security and Consular Affairs Mr. Brigidio Dulai at the Philippine Foreign Ministry .The two sides discussed bilateral relations between the two friendly countries as well as the coordination of relations between the relevant ministries.

 The Undersecretary pointed out that the Philippines is pleased to cooperate with Iraq, and stressed an earlier request that the joint Iraqi-Philippine committee should be activated because of its importance in enhancing relations between the two countries.  The Undersecretary thanked Iraq for supporting the Philippines in the 41st session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva.
