Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Helsinki Mr. Matheel Dhaif AlSabti met with the Finnish Foreign Minister Mr. Pekka Haavisto , after exchanging words of welcome and courtesy, the Ambassador reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries and their history, political events in the Middle East and the latest political developments in the region and the world. They also touched on the opening of the Finnish Embassy in Baghdad in November, and the importance of this event in building strong relations between the two sides, and serve the interests of both countries.
