Iraq Chairs General Debate at 68th Regular Session of International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna

The Permanent Representative of the Republic of Iraq to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Ambassador Bakr Fattah Hussein chaired the general debate on the second day of the General Conference held from 16 to 20 September 2024.

This nomination came after Iraq was elected along with seven other IAEA Member States, to the position of Vice-President of the Conference during the opening session of the General Conference.
