Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein Visits Iraq Oud House in Baghdad and praises the role of arts in soft diplomacy

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mr. Fuad Hussein visited Oud House, where he was received by musician Naseer Shamma, founder of the Oud House. The Minister toured the Oud House and was briefed on the activities run by the House, to support the artistic process of a cultural and civilized nature. Among these activities are cultural workshops offered to young people and those interested, in addition to concerts hosted by the Oud House.

Minister Fuad Hussein emphasized the importance of arts as one of soft power tools that contribute to strengthen communication between peoples, as he praised the great efforts made by artist Naseer Shamma in this field.
