Iraqi Ambassador to Ottawa Discusses Security Cooperation with Canadian Deputy Minister of Public Safety

The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Canada Dr. Abdul Rahman Hamid Al Hosseini met with Canadian Deputy Minister of Public Safety Mr. Shawn Tupper, during the meeting the two sides discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation between the two countries, especially in the areas of combating human trafficking, cybercrime, money laundering, and drug trafficking.

Additionally Mr. Tupper expressed Canada’s willingness to cooperate in these areas, as well all areas related to internal security, and to exchange expertise between the two friendly countries.
