Iraq’s Chargé D’Affaires in Dublin Meets Minister of State at Irish Department of Foreign Affairs

Chargé d’affaires ad interim of the Embassy of Republic of Iraq in Dublin Mr. Mushtaq Falih Hassan, met on Sunday, July 14, 2024, with Minister of State for International Development and Diaspora at the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Seán Fleming, on the sidelines of the National Day of Commemoration to commemorates all Irish citizens who died in past wars or on service with the United Nations.

During the meeting, the Charge d’Affaires extended his thanks to Mr. Fleming for the support provided to the Embassy by the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs, ​​expressing Iraq’s desire to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries across various fields, including activating the joint committee concerned with economic, health, scientific and technical cooperation.
