Undersecretary for Multilateral and Legal Affairs Receives Pakistani Ambassador to Iraq

Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Multilateral and Legal Affairs Mr. Omer Al Berzanji received Pakistan’s Ambassador Muhammad Zeeshan Ahmed, at the Ministry’s headquarters. The meeting discussed bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and the efforts made in this regard. 

Ambassador Muhammad Zeeshan touched on topics related to consular issues and the Pakistani citizens affairs in Iraq. He also discussed some outstanding issues and ways to find appropriate solutions to support the work of the embassy.

On his part the Undersecretary expressed the Ministry’s readiness to provide support and assistance to overcome all obstacles facing the embassy in Baghdad.

In addition the Pakistani Ambassador extended his thanks and appreciation to Mr. Al Berzanji for the continuous support provided by the Ministry, highlighting the depth of relations between the two countries in various fields.
