Head of America Department Meets Deputy Head of Mission of US Embassy in Baghdad

Head of America Department at the Ministry’s headquarters Ambassador Luqman Abdul Rahim al-Faili met with the Deputy Chief of Mission at the US Embassy in Baghdad, Mr. Brian McFeeters.

The two sides discussed the latest developments in the relations between the two countries, and agreed on the necessity to continue efforts to activate the strategic framework agreement and ways to promote it to serve the common interests of the two friendly countries, Ambassador  Luqman also wished Mr. Brian McFetters success in his new duties.

On his part, Mr. McFetters expressed his thanks and appreciation for the cooperation provided by the Iraqi Foreign Ministry, which contributes to the strengthening of relations between the two countries in all fields.
