Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Receives a phone call from Foreign Minister of Swiss Confederation

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mr. Fuad Hussein, received a phone call from Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Swiss Confederation Mr. Ignazio Cassis. On Tuesday, May 28, 2024. During the call they discussed in depth the Peace Conference on finding solutions to the war in Ukraine, which is scheduled to be held in Switzerland under the sponsorship of the Swiss Government, both sides also discussed organizational issues regarding the conference, the participants, steps to make it a success, and ways to follow up at the end of the conference.  

At the end of the call, Minister Hussein thanked his Swiss counterpart for the clarification regarding the preparation for the conference arrangements, and its essential foundations.
