Iraq’s Chargé d’Affaires a.i to Malaysia Meets Malaysian Deputy Foreign Minister
On Tuesday, March 19, 2024, the Chargé d’Affaires ad interim to Malaysia Mr. Mohamed Faleh Hamoud, met with Malaysian Deputy Foreign Minister for West Asian Affairs, Ambassador Mohamed Razdan Jamil, on the occasion of his appointment as Deputy Foreign Minister, at the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs headquarters.
During the meeting, the Chargé d’Affaires congratulated Mr. Jamil on assuming his new duties, wishing him success in his work, reviewing the achievements accomplished last year in terms of the development of relations between Iraq and Malaysia, through reopening the Malaysian Embassy in Baghdad.
On his part, Deputy Foreign Minister Jamil, praised the development of relations between both countries, stressing his keenness to develop bilateral relations in all fields.
The two sides also discussed the situation in Gaza and the blatant violation of human rights the Palestinian are exposed, as a result of the Israeli aggression against Palestinian cities.
